Saturday Adult League
Seven-a-side league play on Saturday mornings at Riverside Park.
1. Rosters are capped at 18 players; at least 7 must be on the field to start. 2. Two 30-minute halves with a 10-minute break. 3. Unlimited substitutions at any stoppage. 4. A red card carries an automatic one-game suspension. 5. Shin guards are required. The home club provides the match ball.
